Bank of Liverpool and Martins

Sep 1.jpg

As you wind your way slowly up the A592 towards Ambleside, you will find, tucked away at the very heart of the Lake District, the tiny village of Troutbeck, (which is NOT to be confused with nearby Troutbeck Bridge).  This tiny office operates as a sub-Branch to Windermere, and opens each Tuesday to offer a counter service to this idyllic part of the world…  Sadly we have no images of the branch available, so If you can help with images and/or information about this or any of Martins Bank’s 980+ Branch buildings, please do get in touch with us at the usual address gutinfo@btinternet.com.  Martins Bank has another sub-Branch with the same name, but this one is located at TROUTBECK (PENRITH), for which images and information are also sought.
