Martins Bank’s sub-Branch at Billingham Queensway opens in July 1961
to little fanfare, and a very short article in that year’s Autumn edition
of Martins Bank Magazine.We wonder if so many dignitaries would bother to
attend the opening of a commercial venture in a town in the twenty-first
Century?
