 When Martins Bank Trust Company Limited is created in 1968, it brings
together under the same umbrella, the many regional Trustee, Income Tax and
Investment Offices of the Bank, along with Martins Unicorn, and a number of
Martins’ subsidiary companies. Middlesbrough is one of six offices that
undertake combined Income Tax, Trustee and Investment work for the customers
of Martins Bank, and has its offices above the main Middlesbrough Branch in
Albert Road. At the moment we do not
have any features to bring you from Middlesbrough Trust Company, but we are
able to show some rare photographs of the department from 1968, courtesy of
Barclays’ collection of Martins Bank Branch Photos.
